Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original
packaging.
How to start a return Contact us at support@anuttara.store. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you the address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note Return shipping costs, bank fees, and customs charges (paid on our end in India) will be deducted from your refund. To minimize deductions, we recommend declaring a value under $10 USD on your return shipment.
Damages & wrong items Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@anuttara.store and include a short video showing the issue so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items Items purchased with a discount (e.g. Buy 3, Get 15% Off) are not eligible for return or refund. We offer our best prices across all platforms and cannot absorb losses on discounted sales. If you'd prefer to keep your items eligible for a return, you may remove the discount at checkout and purchase at full price.
Time Limit If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Unreceived Items Items not received by the buyer will not be refunded or accepted as returns. We are required to pay taxes on returns exceeding $10, which means such packages may either be destroyed by the courier or remain held at your country's customs.
Color Issues — Plant Dyed Items Items where the color did not meet your expectations will not be refunded or accepted as returns.
Natural dyes vary by season and material specifications — this is inherent to the plant dyes process.
In some cases an exchange or store credit may be possible, minus delivery and processing fees.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method, minus our shipping costs if the return is based on personal preference and not due to our mistake. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
